    Generally: Initial Inquiry (e.g., the contact page, call, text, email, etc.) We can schedule a phone call/video call or if you would prefer, we meet up in person. At this point, we discuss availability, venue, desires, vision, budget, etc. In sum, we craft the event to meet your vision of your special day You receive a custom estimate that outlines our discussion regarding your desires, vision, etc. If you decide that we achieved the privilege to be your customer, we move forward (e.g., agreement, deposit, any plans/schedules that you have for the event, etc.) We remain in contact regarding the specific requests including discussing song requests (e.g., do you have a desire for a specific genre, song, and/or plan of events, etc.) The Special Day - A.R.E. arrives early to set up the equipment and we discuss prior to the event any changes that may have that occurred since the last time we talked (life is chaotic and unpredictable, we understand that). In the end, it is your special day and you should feel completely comfortable and empowered to express your vision and be yourself! You have the freedom to guide the experience in a way that resonates with you. We encourage you to share your preferences, ideas, and any specific poses or settings you have in mind. Of course, we kindly ask that we maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere throughout the session, ensuring that everyone's experience is enjoyable and professional. Let’s create something beautiful together After the session is all finished and you are satisfied with the photos and the finished product, it may seem that our relationship ends here. However, at Apex Revelation Enterprises, we do not believe that is true. Thus, we will get in contact soon after the event via email, phone, text, etc. to ensure that you were completely satisfied with your purchased session.

    I understand that when searching for a solution to hire, one wants a quick estimate to compare or get the understanding of cost (maybe I just ousted myself), but we provide custom pricing for every event because your party deserves more than being placed in a rigid box or a package (package 1, package 2, etc.). I personally dislike when a company "forces" me to "upgrade" to a higher costing package in order to get what I actually want along with a myriad of other products that I do not want. Hence, with no commitment, cost, hassle, I kindly ask you to reach out and we discuss your desires for your special day/event.
